Colts AGM 2020

We hope you and your families are all keeping safe and those Colts that are back training are enjoying playing football again.

Our original plan was to have our Club AGM in person but with the current social distancing guidelines we are unable to do this, therefore this season’s Club AGM will be a virtual one. We plan to use ‘Zoom’ to conduct the AGM online and we’ll be sending out further details (including the link) later this week.

For now, here is the most important piece of information – The Club AGM will take place on Tues 21st July, starting at 8pm.

The Club AGM is open to all Managers/Coaches/Committee Members as well as our Colts Players’ Parents & Guardians. We welcome all associated with the club to join us for the AGM to find out more about what we have done, our plans for the future and how you can help to shape that future.

If anyone wishes to be considered for one of the core roles on our Club Committee (Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Child Welfare Officer) or to join the committee and help with one of the supporting committee roles then please let us know by responding to this email. Please feel free to click on the attached a document which details the roles and their responsibilities for your reference. Names of those wishing to put themselves forward for the committee need to be received by midnight on Sunday 19th July

We look forward to welcoming you to our AGM On Tues 21st July……see you at 8pm
